Ihueze’s career in Development Practice spans Nine years with cognate experience with Reputable National and International Development Organisations and NGOs. During these years, I have developed competence and expertise in Project Design and Development, Management and Implementation, Social Research, Proposal Writing, Training and Capacity building, Policy Advocacy and Institutional engagement, Media engagement and Social Communication. He also have proven technical skills in the use and analysis of logical frameworks and theories of change in project design, management and Implementation. He currently works as Senior Programs Officer with Paradigm Initiative.
